I love this short list! It’s really a Top 3, with an added booty bonus! I weight train 3 days a week and I’ll say it definitely does more for my metabolism than just cardio ever did. Ultimately, a mix of weight training, cardio and diet are the trifecta to an awesome body, but weight training is a good place to start. Most of all it’s fun to get stronger and see the results emotionally and physically!
